A self-taught artist Antheos Gogvadze, an engineer by profession, began painting in the 1970s. His works attract attention with their individual naive manner and sincerity, interesting compositions and sophisticated color. Antheos Gogvadze is a laureate of the 2005-2006 National Folklore Center Festival. He participated in Union and Republican group exhibitions. In 2019, the artist’s first personal exhibition was organized at the National Folklore Center.
