He is the founder of several creative groups and institutional initiatives and the author of critical essays. He also serves as an invited professor at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts.<\/p><p>The three central themes of Ilia Zautashvili\u2019s oeuvre are the human dimension, metaphysical inquiry, and constant transformation. The first involves exploring realities related to human existence. The second focuses on realities beyond the empirical world. The third addresses the ever-changing nature of the world.<\/p><p>As an artist, Zautashvili experiments with the possibilities of multimedia, incorporating various contexts into his practice. For him, text, object, image, space, and sound are all integral components. His works aim to enrich and expand modern aesthetics, transcending purely empirical or emotional experiences.<\/p><p>Ilia Zautashvili asserts, \u201cArt is not a slave of society,\u201d emphasizing his resistance to superficial social clich\u00e9s. Instead, he prioritizes the profound exploration of the borderlands between art, society, and the individual.
