Her artistic work also includes ceramics and metalworking.\u00a0<br \/>She was a graphic designer at the Institute of Aesthetics from 1974 to 1976, as well as a &#8220;Dila&#8221; (Morning) magazine\u00a0designer-illustrator. At different times, she collaborated with various Georgian publishing houses, such as &#8220;Merani&#8221;, &#8220;Sakartvelo&#8221;\u00a0(Georgia), &#8220;Ganatleba&#8221; (Education), &#8220;Nakaduli&#8221; (Brook) and &#8220;Metsniereba&#8221; (Science). She received her primary art education\u00a0at the Sukhumi Art College and then continued her studies at the Faculty of Industrial Graphics at the Tbilisi State Academy\u00a0of Arts (1967-73), and the Graphic Workshop (1978-81). She has been a member of the Union of Georgian Artists since 1981.\u00a0Since 1974, she has participated in numerous group exhibitions and held several solo shows both in Georgia and abroad. Her\u00a0graphics primarily represent copper-plate engravings with the application of almost all the techniques used in etching. The\u00a0artist was twice awarded &#8220;The Book of the Year&#8221; Prize (1978, 1982).
