Rita Khachaturian lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia. She studied at the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts, majoring in Easel Graphics. Rita’s works are easily recognizable thanks to her uncompromising style and even due to the severity that was obvious in her earlier series Fear, Morphology, Batonebi (Lords). Her paintings astonishes us with their power, scale, courage and phantastic imagination… Rita participated in many group exhibitions: A group internet exhibition Museum Without Walls (New York, 2020), Kunstraum Gallery (London, 2020), TAF, Metamorphosis (Tbilisi). In recent years Khachaturian organized the following personal exhibitions: Messrs, VANDA Gallery (Tbilisi), Fear, History Museum of Georgia (Tbilisi), Morphology, Sfumato Gallery (Tbilisi), Who Pierces The Stones, Arteli Ratcha Festival, art residency of Kote Jincharadze.
